Spumelele Engineering is a 100% BBBEE owned Organization. Adquartered in Kwazulu-Natal, with a growing presence in the Infrastructure and Engineering sectors, with site offices located throughout South Africa. We are multi-faceted, with experienced Engineers, Technologists, and Technicians.
Spumelele Engineering Solutions is dedicated to procuring highly trained, quality staff who provide ground-breaking, comprehensive solutions to our private and public sector clients. Our proudly South African Organization combines experienced staff, industry expertise and outstanding customer service.
Our founding members have worked on high profile projects within the public and private sector and they bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise and wisdom to our company. This, coupled with passion, dedication and an innovative element of each member’s personality, sets Spumelele Engineering Solutions apart as an energetic organization that is ever-ready to inject inventive solutions in South Africa’s Engineering and Infrastructure sector.
The founders are professionally registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), The Project Management Institute (PMI) and The National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC). They also have professional affiliations with the South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE) and South Africa Roads Federation (SARF) as corporate members.
They also possess a complete range of engineering services throughout four business lines.

In 2017 we had a dream to establish an engineering company to achieve our mission. This mission is what embodies the spirit of Spumelele Engineering Solutions. At Spumelele Engineering Solutions, we are passionate about providing clients across South Africa with outstanding engineered infrastructure solutions, from concept planning through to the completion of projects. We have achieved this standard in our work and will continue to do this by utilizing a highly skilled professional team who work together with various other role players, synergistically.
Our commitment to our Mission means that we will constantly aspire to improve the already-outstanding services and continue to provide our best to every project. For every project we use a combination of industry accepted norms and practices with state-of-the-art tools and techniques. We keep a keen eye on international trends and practices which we strive to incorporate into our projects. In addition, our commitment to business agility means we are excellent problem solvers and have the capability to address any challenges that arise.
At an organizational level, Spumelele Engineering Solutions is committed to empowering our staff and maintaining a model that encourages sustainable development. This is accomplished through skills-transfer at all levels of our business. We further recognize the imbalance in the socio-economic structure of our country, in which many people have been marginalized with respect to skills procurement. One of our goals is to address this imbalance within our organization through skill sharing empowerment of every employee.
